I have known CaryAnne and “Uncle” Brett, as my kids call him, for many years now. We all go way back to Mississippi, and I am so happy to have them so close again. CaryAnne is the sweetest little lady you will ever meet, and now is the sweetest little mama! You would never know that she was four days from her due date from these pictures. Four! Isn’t she beautiful?
Some of the things I will not forget about CaryAnne and Brett’s maternity session is Brett’s gentleman-nature offering help to CaryAnne at every turn, and catching up with some wonderful friends. Congratulations, guys! I can’t wait for the chance to photography little Molly!

Amanda + Brent | Engagement | raleigh nc
Lia and Cameron first met over ten years ago in high school while participating in marching band. Though many knew Cameron for his bright yellow mustang, Lia saw the sweet side of Cameron and decided to ask him out. One of the things we noticed about Lia and Cameron on their engagement session was how comfortable they were with one another. Of course, when you have two people that have been clicking together for over ten years it makes sense.
Lia and Cameron, thank you for reminding us that real love is unaffected by time. Whether you’ve known someone for months or years, when it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.

Kate and Phil’s wedding day was absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful weather, a fantastic venue, gorgeous flowers, a beautiful and tasty cake – You can’t ask for more than that!
Kate and Phil, I will always remember the way you looked at each other with so much love and how you celebrated your new marriage with so much joy. It was a fantastic day! Thanks for letting me be a part of it!

Of course I would say this since it was my day, THESE PICTURES ARE AMAZING!!!! Phil and I haven’t stopped talking about how perfect everything was and are so lucky you captured all the perfect images of the small details we never want to forget! cameron + sutton
Amanda + Brent | Engagement | raleigh nc
Brent and I recently spent the afternoon with Cameron and Sutton, who are getting married later this year. The duo first met at a local Raleigh spot called “The Point” a couple of years back and have been entwined ever since. Cameron and Sutton love date nights together, beach trips and spending time with Simon (Sutton’s son).
It was really important to Cameron to include Simon in their session, because he is such a big part of their life. We thought it was a great idea and I love the moments we captured. We can’t wait to capture the wedding day and watch them come together as a family!
Cameron, Sutton and Simon, thanks for being open to share the special moments with us, lay around in the grass and take us to the places that mean the most to you.
Oh and the double decker Chick-fil-a was super cool and we hope we get a chance to try it some time!

Engagement | Rebecca | raleigh nc
I got to travel to Columbus, Ohio for Kristen and Andrew’s engagement session! I had never been there before, but I found Columbus to be an absolutely beautiful city! It was the perfect fall day, the leaves were just beginning to change, and there was just a touch of chill in the air. Perfect for two snuggling love-birds!
Kristen and Andrew, what I love the most about our time together is getting to see how completely and totally in love you are!

Seriously? Seriously. Rebecca, this is a great set of engagement photos! What a beautiful couple! I don’t know them, but through these photos I can see their love and respect for one another. Excellent job!
