These little ones and their parents were so much fun to photograph! I heard silly stories and lots of giggles and I am really looking forward to seeing them all again soon for another family session.
Congrats to Sarah and Michael on your first month of marriage! To celebrate, we thought it would be fun to share some of our favorite images from their engagement session. The weather that afternoon was crazy cool and included lots of sunshine and fog all at once. Brent also enjoyed playing with his prisms and captured a shot that is pretty amazing! Enjoy!
Waves + wind + the Weldon’s! This family called and set up a session in advance of their travels. They were vacationing in the area and wanted to be sure to capture some family portraits against the backdrop of Wrightsville Beach. If you are planning a vacation in our area this summer be sure to call and set up a family session, it’s never to early to start planning and we would love to see you!
Amanda and I teamed up for this family session on Figure Eight Island. Just from our conversations with Lee, the grandmother, we knew this session would be a lot of fun! We were right, a big group in the perfect blend of colors made for a great evening beachside.
The evening before this session took place we got
rained poured out. Buckets of rain, thunder, lightning, scary dark clouds. Sometimes in life when things don’t work out… you get something better. That’s this session! This family does not live anywhere near NC so we rescheduled for the next day and I lucked out with an even better location. Can we talk about these kids too? So adorable, model status!
