Such a joy to meet these two for the perfect sunset at Wrightsville Beach. Ryan is away at college so Lauren took the opportunity to have images taken of the two of them while he was here visiting. I’m so glad she did!
I met Mindy many years ago through mutual friends. She and her husband, Dan, flew me to Florida to capture their big day several years back and we have kept in touch through the years over social media and email. When she was planning a trip to Wilmington with their girls, I was excited to hear that I would finally get to meet these sweet babies and photograph them. We spent a beautiful afternoon on Wrightsville Beach running, laughing, and splashing in the waves. The littlest one even took her first steps during the session! It was such a joy to have this time to see Mindy interact with her girls and capture some great moments for her and Dan to enjoy!
Waves + wind + the Weldon’s! This family called and set up a session in advance of their travels. They were vacationing in the area and wanted to be sure to capture some family portraits against the backdrop of Wrightsville Beach. If you are planning a vacation in our area this summer be sure to call and set up a family session, it’s never to early to start planning and we would love to see you!
What’s better than a sunrise session with the perfect light? Taking a boat over to an island to photograph said sunrise with two people you love (make that three)! I’ve photographed these two since they day they became one and now we are good friends. We love them so much that our entire Wilmington staff made Dr. Pless our dentist after getting to know them. I just love sharing laughs with the two crazies. Their sweet little Marin Lucille is here now too (she came early) so you will get to see her grace the blog very soon!
I recently photographed the wedding of these two lovebirds (coming soon)! Working with them has been such a dream, they are some of the most gracious people I have had the honor of working with. I can’t wait to share their big day with you!
