Beyond the amazing quality of your work, you carried such confidence, ease, and warmth into our day. I still laugh when I picture the wedding party locked out of the dressing room and running an hour behind. Instead of panicking or adding to the logistical to-do’s, you were standing there with a smile and actively searching for the key, calling Hunter with an update, and infusing laughter into any insignificant hiccup. After all, you really understand what should be important on a wedding day and you seem to focus on how it unfolds, versus molding it to an agenda. Your work captures what is going on in such a natural, beautiful way. I love how you refuse to manipulate your pictures, but would rather depict the unique mannerisms, glances, and communication that already exist between two people. In effect, every shot comes to life in such a unique, and above all, REAL way.
